COVID-19 UPDATE

July 6th, 2020

On July 5th, 2020 our church was notified of a positive Covid-19 case involving an individual that was in our facility on June 28th. This individual did NOT attend a worship service and only came in contact with a handful of individuals for a brief time. The individuals involved have been personally notified of this confirmed case. We do not believe any further exposure has occurred. Fortunately the individual who tested positive is already feeling much better and we continue to pray for their speedy recovery. Additionally, at the time of this release, we’re happy to report that our staff members all remain healthy and well.

This case will not be affecting our Sunday Service as our next scheduled service is outside of the infection window.

However, out of an abundance of caution we are taking a few extra steps this week to ensure the safety of our church congregation:

  1. We have already completed our weekly sanitization of the church grounds and will follow-up with a second round of spray and mist sanitization on Friday. These cleaning sessions are thorough and use industry-rated cleaning solutions for professional results.

  1. We will not be having a youth service this Wednesday so that we can continue to sanitize our facilities for the upcoming weekend. Youth services will resume on Wednesday, June 15th.

  1. Most of our staff will be working outside the office this week as an added precaution to ensure their health as well as limit exposure to the church facilities.

Please note, this does not affect our Community Food Distribution program occurring on Tuesday at 10am, nor will it affect a private memorial event schedule for midweek. Both of these events will continue as planned without interruption.

We value the health of our community as well as every person who walks through our doors. We will continue to do our part in maintaining a clean facility and practicing proper procedures in an effort to provide a clean, sanitary facility to worship together in.

Please feel free to reach out to our team of Pastors if you have any questions.

Sincerely,

Tim Lindsey
