Meet the Team
Lead Pastor
Tim Lindsey
Tim was born in Ohio and raised in Missouri where his father is a Pastor. Tim met his wife, Theresa, at Baptist Bible College in Springfield, MO and they both graduated in 1990. They were married in August 19, 1989 and have two amazing daughters Lauren and Victoria. He served as Student Pastor and then Associate Pastor in Missouri for 18 years. In 2008, the Lindsey’s made the move to Oklahoma where Tim accepted the position as Lead Pastor. Tim has a passion to help people who are broken and far from God. His desire is for them is to experience true and lasting life change through Jesus, and continue to grow in their daily journey with Him. Pastor Tim would love to connect with you at Harvest or online during the week.
Family Pastor
Brady Irby
Brady has grown up in the Verdigris, OK area most of his life. He is a 2007 graduate of Rogers State University, where he earned his Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications. In 2012, Brady answered God's call to full-time ministry and accepted the position of Student Pastor at Harvest. In 2019, Brady transitioned to the roll of Family Pastor at Harvest. Brady oversees the family outreach efforts at Harvest and also helps new families integrate into the church. He's passionate about family-wide spiritual growth and a firm believer that everyone has a "next step" to take in their walk with Jesus. He's been married to his beautiful wife, Melissa, since 2005 and together they have three wonderful children - Noah, Jonah and Emma.
Student Pastor
Aaron Oliger
Aaron Oliger serves as the Student Pastor at Harvest Baptist Church, leading our student ministry for 7th–12th grade students. A graduate of Mission University in Springfield, Missouri, Aaron is passionate about helping teenagers know, love, and follow Jesus during some of the most important years of their lives.
Aaron leads weekly student services, plans camps and events, equips and trains volunteer leaders, and invests in students both at church and throughout the community. Whether he's attending school activities, traveling to church camps each summer, or building relationships one-on-one, his heart is to help students grow in their faith and live boldly for Christ.
Aaron and his wife, Macey faithfully serve together as they invest in the next generation at Harvest Baptist Church.
Children's Director
Roberta Watkins
Roberta serves as the Children's Director at Harvest Baptist Church, leading our HBC Kids ministry for children through 6th grade. With years of children's ministry experience, she's passionate about helping kids know and follow Jesus in fun, engaging, and relatable ways.
Roberta oversees curriculum planning, volunteer training, scheduling, special events, and the many details that help our children's ministry thrive. Her creativity shines through in the welcoming environments she creates and the unique ways she brings God's Word to life each week.
Roberta and her husband, Darrel, have been married for 36 years and faithfully serve together at Harvest Baptist Church.
Office Administrator
Theresa Lindsey
Theresa is married to Sr. Pastor, Tim Lindsey. Together they lead Harvest Baptist Church. Theresa handles many of the day-to-day details that keep things running smoothly at Harvest. In addition to her main duties around the office, Theresa teaches in the Pre-School ministry at Harvest and also schedules many of the serve teams on Sundays.
